I can read this text at 6 inches without glasses. I am nearsighted, but I can see pretty good to about 6 inches. In myĬase I can't focus more than about 1/2 inch from my nose. Yes its near or short sighted - you can only see close objects.

My only criticism was the price but after having it here I feel like it was well worth it considering the gift card and coupon. I'm probably going to order a reel for every fun adventure. I'm so happy I got this and its exciting to save memories on reels and show family and friends. But the free shipping option was no longer there. I ordered a second reel and this one I created on my phone and it wasn't difficult with some patients. I cannot get over how crisp and bright the images look. Once it came in the mail I popped it in the viewer and it looked amazing. My reel came in the mail very fast even with the free shipping option. Speaking of easy, creating your reel is very user friendly. I had a little difficulty creating the reel on my phone so I used a computer and it was much easier. It also comes with a gift card where you can make your own reel. It comes with one demo reel that shows you what it can do and great ideas for uses for your viewer. Despite the weight it feels very durable. I don't know why I was expecting it to be heavy. My very first impression was how extremely lightweight it is. My bro and his wife were truly touched with the extra thought and uniqueness this gift was. Dropped this in the viewer to review - everything looked vivid and each photo seemed to pop.

Made me a little frustrated - but I guess that's how they make their money!īesides that the experience so far has been great! Will update once I receive my reel! So, if you are paranoid like me it almost automatically makes you pay for the up charge of the $5 standard delivery. It comes with free USPS ground, no tracking shipping - which is kind if scary if it gets lost. The other thing that was kind of eh was the shipping.
I wish for the price that they could at least include another 7 uploads. Its kind of a repetitive oddness when you click through. One was that there are only 7 frames you are allowed to add photos to - the other 7 in the reel will just repeat the 7 you add. There were a couple things that were a bummer. You are also given the option to add a photo that will go on the front of the reel you receive which is a nice touch. It allows you to play with color, contrast, brightness and rotation as well as an option to add text (with varying fonts and sizes) to each frame). The program that they use to edit and design your reel is simple and user friendly. I made one for my brother and his wife of his proposal to her. Super cool concept - a somewhat pricey but fun and unique customized gift.
